The customer service is horrible and they lie to get business! A representative canvassing my neighborhood spoke with a member of my household who gave them my name and number as the homeowner. Weeks later I have received several rude calls from them. The first person lied stating that I told someone to come out to do an estimate on a date that I wasn't even available for. When I told him I never confirmed that, he got rude and shouted "YES, you did. We have it on file!". The next call was from a woman who stated they spoke with me. When trying to tell her no, she got very nasty and said "No, it was you that we spoke." I would never consider doing business with a company that has employees who act and speak that way theirs does to potential clients!

This is a deceptive company and they inflate the cost for jobs and coax you into signing fake documents. They will not respect your home and if you call them about a problem they will send out a mean hateful 2nd rate worker who is bitter because he has to come out and redo something that was not done properly. I had a roof done and this river is what I found on top of it a week later. And the A hole in the pic I will attach was using profanity so bad that I had to kick that ignorant speaking thing out of my home. There are many problems with the integrity of how this company is run. Please don't sign any documents with them because they will do a switch and bait on the verbage used in the contract after about a year. How do you charge 20,000 for a partial roofing job ? Crooks, thrives and liers they are.

Initially called to have a new heater installed in our house. The workers came over the following day and installed it within a few hours. The salesman, "Artie C.", seemed rather delusional at first, calling himself our "saviour" when we first met him. After the installment was finished, he came back over and I declined other services. (We initially agreed to keep the monthly payments on the heater low.....but later he tried to find other things to "fix in our house.!) As soon as we declined, he became PUSHY, IMPATIENT, AGGRESSIVE and pestered us regarding "why we didn't want their services anymore." A few days prior, the daughter had requested that he NOT call our home phone number SO many times and LEAVE A MESSAGE instead. Then he started calling the daughters cell number if nobody picked up the house number like crazy. During the last and final meeting, after we declined additional services, he sat there with his hands folded and said "Your daughter is mad at me." Then talked about how he "called her phone", pulled out his phone, came up to the daughter and proved with his phone that he had allegedly called, saying "see, I called you.", and kept pointing to the number on his phone, despite the daughter saying his number didn't show up on her phone. He was very PETTY and IMMATURE to make a big deal out of the phone thing and seemed to be just pissed because the daughter asked him NOT TO CALL THE HOME PHONE NUMBER SO MUCH and he wanted things to go HIS WAY. Why would you GANG UP on not just a young woman BUT A CUSTOMER like that over something so insignificant ?! Obviously, he was the one who was mad. Very unprofessional. !

I was over charged for having my bathroom tub removed and converting to a walk in shower. They used the cheapest materials possible. I had to call two time within 7mos, due to the shower door coming off track. The service department personnel attitude was nasty and implied I was at fault. (the track could be dirty from hair products, some one must had felled or hit the door). (we will not send any one out to address the door for a third time). My response was I'll report this to the BBB, his response "go ahead ".#OVERCHARGEDFORCHEAPWORK

We had Tri State Creations do a few projects in our home, such as, painting and flooring and carpeting, etc, they did a very nice job in a timely fashion to. I highly recommend Tri State Creations for all your Home Improvement needs!

I just used Tri-State Creations for the 2nd time and boy am I glad I did. The sliding doors they installed for me years ago have been absolutely perfect (and we use those doors NON-STOP!). It was time for new windows and I knew exactly where to turn - Tri-State! Once again, the salesman was knowledgeable and efficient, and the installers were quick and neat. The windows look fantastic and we're already seeing an improvement on our electric bill. Thanks Tri-State!

My experience w Tri-State Creations was positive from beginning to end. Their staff was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. The windows in my home were installed in a timely manner and the staff cleaned up completely once the work was finished. I would recommend them to anyone looking to do any sort of improvement or modification in their home.
