Feedback:
Initially called to have a new heater installed in our house. The workers came over the following day and installed it within a few hours. The salesman, "Artie C.", seemed rather delusional at first, calling himself our "saviour" when we first met him. After the installment was finished, he came back over and I declined other services. (We initially agreed to keep the monthly payments on the heater low.....but later he tried to find other things to "fix in our house.!) As soon as we declined, he became PUSHY, IMPATIENT, AGGRESSIVE and pestered us regarding "why we didn't want their services anymore." A few days prior, the daughter had requested that he NOT call our home phone number SO many times and LEAVE A MESSAGE instead. Then he started calling the daughters cell number if nobody picked up the house number like crazy. During the last and final meeting, after we declined additional services, he sat there with his hands folded and said "Your daughter is mad at me." Then talked about how he "called her phone", pulled out his phone, came up to the daughter and proved with his phone that he had allegedly called, saying "see, I called you.", and kept pointing to the number on his phone, despite the daughter saying his number didn't show up on her phone. He was very PETTY and IMMATURE to make a big deal out of the phone thing and seemed to be just pissed because the daughter asked him NOT TO CALL THE HOME PHONE NUMBER SO MUCH and he wanted things to go HIS WAY. Why would you GANG UP on not just a young woman BUT A CUSTOMER like that over something so insignificant ?! Obviously, he was the one who was mad. Very unprofessional. !
