Client Review on Tri-State Creations, LLC

Feedback:

I was over charged for having my bathroom tub removed and converting to a walk in shower. They used the cheapest materials possible. I had to call two time within 7mos, due to the shower door coming off track. The service department personnel attitude was nasty and implied I was at fault. (the track could be dirty from hair products, some one must had felled or hit the door). (we will not send any one out to address the door for a third time). My response was I'll report this to the BBB, his response "go ahead ".#OVERCHARGEDFORCHEAPWORK
