The customer service is horrible and they lie to get business! A representative canvassing my neighborhood spoke with a member of my household who gave them my name and number as the homeowner. Weeks later I have received several rude calls from them. The first person lied stating that I told someone to come out to do an estimate on a date that I wasn't even available for. When I told him I never confirmed that, he got rude and shouted "YES, you did. We have it on file!". The next call was from a woman who stated they spoke with me. When trying to tell her no, she got very nasty and said "No, it was you that we spoke." I would never consider doing business with a company that has employees who act and speak that way theirs does to potential clients!
