Feedback:

Don't try to contact them by phone, no one picks up and you will spend your entire lunch break without talking to a single person.Edited to clarify: it doesn't matter when, or what number you call. No one picks up, but they will leave very apologetic voicemails. Go in person or take your business elsewhere.

They now offer bicycle loans. ATM is protected from the elements. Like BECU and other financial institutions, you can get receipt images of your deposited checks and you don't need an envelope. If you come in, pick up the free chapstick.

Have 3 accounts, went to check my credit card rate. Understaffed, they slid a new account activation in front of me, when I just needed to ask a question on my credit card.... waited 30 minutes before they even checked in, told me there “might be a wait.” Already invested my time so I stayed. Ignored. After 45 minutes, Tre introduced himself and said he’d be “right with me....” it’s now been over an hour and a half. Anastasia, the manager was hugging other guests, never even acknowledged or greeted me the entire time. Looking forward to the flaccid “apology” below, which will do nothing to remedy this situation, and maybe give me a generic email I can forward my concern into? Edit: Just left after figuring out what I needed with one question, after being there for an hour and a half. Don’t waste your time here.

Verity is Trash, I joined Verity about 6 years ago when I was starting college, they're supposedly known for working with people who have poor credit, THIS IS FALSE! I have applied for 2 car loans in the past 2 years with an average credit score, these jerks wouldn't even look at me for a car loan, I also have a personal loan through Verity which has been active for 2 years and never once missing a payment. Not only would they not loan to me but they didn't even contact me to deny me. Capital One however did finance me with a 12% interest rate, again not great but not awful either, my own credit union who I've been with for 6 years never missing a loan payment or anything wouldn't give me anything, the only good thing I can say about Verity is that they refund your atm fees from other banks, other than that they're no better than the bank of America I transferred from!

Today I spoke with Nicole Krasy from this location. She is the individual who handles insurance matters in Member Solutions. She was incredibly rude and it was apparent that providing me with a solution was not a priority for her. She has a nasty attitude and it is sad I can detect that from a 10 minute phone call. Verity has been good to me but SHE poorly represents the company! I was taking notes during the call and when I asked for her name she giggled almost as if there would be no consequence for her poor service. I have worked in customer service for several years and though the customer is not ALWAYS right, I believe that their needs should be heard and respected. That was not the case when I spoke with Nicole today. When I asked to speak with her supervisor, she nonchalantly said "well, he's just gonna tell you the same thing". I am not fond of writing poor reviews but it is important for others to know in the event they have to contact her for any reason. I recommend speaking with someone else or her supervisor. She is not helpful or interested in "member solutions" at all.

I would avoid this location, but if you have to go here I strongly suggest staying away from the "assistant branch manager" Anastasiya Koulikova. She is incompetent.We came in here to close our checking and savings accounts. But we were told that we had to have a savings account in order to keep our Credit Card. We ended up closing our old savings account and opening up another one. After about 20 minutes of her asking irrelevant info and info they should already have, we were finished. She never gave me a professional paper with our new account number and never gave us an ATM card. I didn't think of the ATM card until I got home and assumed it would be mailed.A week later we logged into our online account and the old savings account was still there listed as our "active" savings account, despite closing the account and having received a close-out receipt. We tried calling the Northgate store directly to figure out why the old account wasn't closed, but called 5x and no one answered. We ended up calling the main Verity line and a customer service rep had to call them herself to figure out what was going on.Apparently, Anastasiya had went home sick directly after meeting with us and never officially submitted anything, even a week later.... The customer service rep ended up getting it fixed.I never did receive my ATM card.Honestly, I would avoid Verity altogether, hence why we initially went in to close both the checking and savings accounts. We're only keeping their credit card so we don't negatively impact our credit score. Verity is subpar to all other banking institutions out there. I highly recommend BECU. I had Verity for 20+ years when going to them for a car loan, never having overdrawn my account; only had BECU for 3 months and BECU gave me a better loan rate. Ever since I took all my money out of Verity and put into BECU. Do not recommend.
