Client Review on Verity Credit Union

Feedback:

Today I spoke with Nicole Krasy from this location. She is the individual who handles insurance matters in Member Solutions. She was incredibly rude and it was apparent that providing me with a solution was not a priority for her. She has a nasty attitude and it is sad I can detect that from a 10 minute phone call. Verity has been good to me but SHE poorly represents the company! I was taking notes during the call and when I asked for her name she giggled almost as if there would be no consequence for her poor service. I have worked in customer service for several years and though the customer is not ALWAYS right, I believe that their needs should be heard and respected. That was not the case when I spoke with Nicole today. When I asked to speak with her supervisor, she nonchalantly said "well, he's just gonna tell you the same thing". I am not fond of writing poor reviews but it is important for others to know in the event they have to contact her for any reason. I recommend speaking with someone else or her supervisor. She is not helpful or interested in "member solutions" at all.
