Feedback:

I love Telco, and typically use the branch in Candler, but since I started working on this side of town I've stopped into this location a few times. I can't say I'm impressed. The staff and management were unhelpful, nor were they nearly as friendly as those in Candler.

Feedback:

Everytime I enter this branch there are always four people behind the desk but only one running indoor customers and one running the drive through. I always have to time my visit to make it to the bus on time. Really bad. The branch in candler is awesome though.

My experience has been far different from the one star reviews I read. I recently opened an auto loan and the entire process was seamless from the first call. The rate was literally half of what the dealership was quoting. Thanks guys, nicely done!

Worst bank ever never bank here

Disappointed. My account was hacked into through the "Cash App" on March 30, 2018 and they stole $175 out of my hard earned money. I disputed the charge bc it was without my authorization, my bank took care of it later on that same day. So, on May 24, 2018, my bank let those scammers take my $175 again, and stated that they provided proof which I did not get in the mail, and since it has past the 10 day to respond, i cannot dispute it again. Its like TCCU does not care that one of their customers money was stolen, and it was under their watch! I had them give me their so called "proof", and no where on that "proof" shows that I sent anyone $175 at all. It shows that "Jeff Diggins" was the sender (not my name at all), and that the Recipient is called "Genesis". My name is no where on those docs, they just used my bank account info from the app they hacked into. Therefore, the TCCU employee that reviewed my case obviously does not know how to read docs correctly and investigate thoroughly. I did call that so called "Genesis, and he admited to owing me money and told me that he needed time to pay me back. Of course, he is ignoring me now. Contacted the "Cash App" customer service, through email, and still nothing from them. I am livid, bc I truly counted on my bank to protect me from fraud, hackers, and scammers, and they did not. Something so serious needs a follow up call, not just a letter in the mail that can be lot at any time. Their way of "protecting" your hard earned money is very lacking. This bank is no good, and i would not recommend this bank anymore for anything, not for checking, savings, nor car loans.

Absolutely tired of this bank. For starters, they gave me a limited checking account. Couldn’t spend more than $200 of my own money at a time. Had to call them to raise the limit. Had to go up to higher power to get it raised to normal people amounts. Tried their loan system to buy a used vehicle, the first time the car had too many miles on it to where they couldn’t loan me any money, the second time, I needed a co-signer to get a loan. So I added a co-signer, and they didn’t get back to me on the loan I needed till a week later. The truck I was wanting was sold before they even got back to me. WHEN they finally got back to me on the status of my phone, the lady was wondering if I still wanted to go forward with the loan, I told her no that the vehicle was already sold that I ran out of time. I asked if the loan had even been approved and she said “well sir you don’t have any credit”, “you need to do a joint loan”, and I said, ma’am I added a co-signer to the loan, it was a joint loan. And then she tried to tell me that the co-signer was still under review, and that I would have to add another vehicle to see if the co-signer would be approved. I told her to forget it. Strongly considering switching to a bank that knows what’s going on and will be willing to help someone get a vehicle. Instead they making their customers wait just to tell them something that doesn’t even make any sense.

This branch is no for the working people at all!! I had to stop by and pay my second house payment on 04/30/2018 and I made sure that the branch was still going to be opened at 5:30 and guess what their website and teller said yes they would be. Well..... I pull up in the parking lot at 5:20, 10 minutes before the branch closes, to find the doors locked and the employees standing there watching and laughing at me trying every door to make sure that I didn't try the wrong one. Needless to say your customer service at telco needs some real improvements !! You don't stand there laughing and waving at someone trying to get in to give y'all money for a house payment 10 minutes before y all actually close!! If I could give negative star then I would! Telco is the worst bank ever all my husband and I have had out of this bank if headaches and stupidity ever since we decided to go there for our house loan. Telco we will be leaving your bank and going to a more customer and working people friendly bank.

The only problem that I have is,... Why I can't speak with someone from customer services personally. I have to wait until a week day to call the bank or visit the bank. I've had a problem with my card on a weekend & theirs no one to speak with about the problem. Now I have to wait until Monday Morning which really sucks.

I initially opened an small business account with Telco at their Leicester branch. The folks over there are extremely helpful, attentive and professional. I moved to the other side of town and now use the Tunnel Road branch. Complete opposite in every regard! The branch "manager" has told me he doesn't know how to do things, when I call and ask questions about my account and I'm redirected to yet another person. The tellers all seem to be new every time I go in, and even though there are 3 of them only one of them seems to be able to help anyone who walks in the door. 15 minute wait at the least. My card was recently stolen and I'm having to jump through hoops in order to retrieve the money that was spent! They didn't even seem to know the steps I needed to take to retrieve the money and acted very nonchalant about the whole thing. They said I need to file a police report before they can then file with Visa and dispute the charges! I will get laughed at if I try to file a report for charge to my card. I'm having to cut my loses on that because as a small business owner I don't have time to deal with a police report and all that nonsense - that should be my BANK'S job! I've already moved money to a new bank and will be closing my account in the upcoming days. I would highly recommend going elsewhere or finding ANY other local bank.
