Worst car insurance I've ever had. I haven't been so disappointed in a company before i shouldn't be paying so much for no protection full coverage but hey not gonna help you. Worst company ever. As soon as i can i know need to change car insurances because THIS IS THE WORST constantly changing minds in the claim center and im personally done with all of this.

My wife and I are constantly getting junk mail and cold calls from state farm offices in my state and others as well. We ask every time to be left alone, they dont seem to get the hint.

Was Quoted 176$ for a condo association policy. Ended up paying 380$ do to a claim for 200$ sump pump. Reason why I switched was to save some money from my Allstate 307$ ended up paying even more.Thanks State farm. I'm considering moving to a new company with all of my insurance needs.

My wife has been a long time customer and we just added homeowners insurance and I just recently switched my auto insurance over from Allstate. I have to say that on my end this has been nothing short of a terrible experience and I am honestly thinking about switching back to Allstate even though it’s more expensive. First off the contacts at Joel E Fiorelli’s agency are so slow in responding to emails if they even do respond at all, we set up the homeowners insurance for our new house before I switched my auto insurance over and when the guy loaded it in the system he put our old address that we rented at even though we weren’t living there anymore and he had our new house address staring him right in his face. It took me 3 emails over a months’ time to finally get the address changed for my auto. And now I have noticed that when I log in my account there is no bill available for me to pay yet when my wife logs into her account it shows a bill due for my auto insurance, so if she didn’t check under my Auto policy my insurance would lapse and I would never know since I have ebilling set up! Please fix your issues and improve your customer service or I am going to take all my accounts back over to Allstate and pay more just for their superior customer service!!

This is the worst experience i have ever had with car insurance:I provided my details after and received invoice which i paid in full for 6 months period. Guess what i received another 1373$ saying that they made mistake which and i have to pay and i paid, to avoid issues with DMV. I did another 6 month, paid in full again AND i received bill that i have to pay 718$....Come on guys i am not supposed pay for your mistakes. Horrible!!!!

State Farm is a fraud company. They are not a good neighbor. They suck. Dropping your policy for towing. So your children aren’t in good hands.

50 year old driver with no tickets or accidents and they are quoting me like a 17 year old with bad habits. Tried to say the savings would show in 3 years. Don't go with them and if you do please cancel them so they die off. .

As a 10 year customer I have moved through 3-4 agencies because I relocate. I have never had an issue with claims. I have never been questioned about claims. Every claim was handled & paid within a timely manner.Each agency is different. Some agencies are too busy and cannot offer the customer service desired due to lack of staff. Some agencies are extremely proficient in service because they are a smaller office. Smaller offices like to meet face to face and talk about everything going on your life. I'm a busy person and I prefer to do everything via text/email. I don't think SF deserves a low rating because the agency didn't do their job correctly. Staffing isn't easy.The company itself is the best I've ever been with.
