One star is being too generous to this company!! I am so beyond disgusted with state farm. As soon as my claim is settled I will never return to state farm... I got tboned by someone after I just bought my 2019 Toyota 4runner. It was deemed totaled. State farm has done nothing but give me the run around and nickle and dime me since they decided it was a total loss. My 2 month daughter was in the back seat and she got injured had a big knot on her forehead from the accident and state farm did not care that my daughter was in the back seat at all. They are trying to make me settle for something $400 cheaper than what I should be really recieving. The employees or sales agents are 110% unprofessional, so I decided to talk to a manager about it. Ericka the supervisor of the total loss department was the most unpleasant, unprofessional supervisor I've ever been encountered with. I am reporting you to the better business bureau because I'm so disgusted. State farm will never have my business again. I'm also active duty in the military and I'm going make sure I post on every military website we have how unprofessional and terrible of a company you are and tell all my friends about my experience as well. I'm so upset about how I've been treated as a customer and I want something done about it. This is ridiculous.
