Client Review on State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company

My wife has been a long time customer and we just added homeowners insurance and I just recently switched my auto insurance over from Allstate. I have to say that on my end this has been nothing short of a terrible experience and I am honestly thinking about switching back to Allstate even though it’s more expensive. First off the contacts at Joel E Fiorelli’s agency are so slow in responding to emails if they even do respond at all, we set up the homeowners insurance for our new house before I switched my auto insurance over and when the guy loaded it in the system he put our old address that we rented at even though we weren’t living there anymore and he had our new house address staring him right in his face. It took me 3 emails over a months’ time to finally get the address changed for my auto. And now I have noticed that when I log in my account there is no bill available for me to pay yet when my wife logs into her account it shows a bill due for my auto insurance, so if she didn’t check under my Auto policy my insurance would lapse and I would never know since I have ebilling set up! Please fix your issues and improve your customer service or I am going to take all my accounts back over to Allstate and pay more just for their superior customer service!!
