I have banked with sharefax for about 20 years now and they have always done a fantastic job. Very understanding and caring people who go out of their way to help you in any way they can. I am proud to be a part of a credit union who does so much for their members and their community!! Great job Sharefax! You Rock! I appreciate you!!

I have been a loyal Sharefax member for over 10 years. I've financed over $100,000 in vehicles through them. Applied for $40,000 auto loan to purchase a vehicle from a private party seller in Columbus. After waiting 3 days (and three phone calls), was told the seller would have to drive down from Columbus to do the title work. These disclosures are nowhere to be found on their website. Went into the branch to discuss and was treated with disdain from the teller Anastasia. Then met with loan officer John who never once apologized or attempted to retain us as a customer. I've not experienced this much lack of customer service outside of the fast food industry. I had a car loan with them and was so disappointed in my experience and how I was treated, that I went back and paid my loan off. Was treated poorly yet again by Anastasia and was told I couldn't get the e-title for my vehicle for two weeks because it was Saturday. What?? Ridiculous. So disappointing. We love to support local businesses and I've never had any issues, but...to be treated so poorly after being a loyal member for so long, I can no longer stomach doing business with this company. FYI GE Credit Union was able to get us financed and I had a check within a few hours. Will be taking my business there.

Worst bank in America hands down will charge you 30 bucks for,going over 75 cents the people who for them at any branch are stuck up. Just another example why you shouldnt trust the banks.

Here is the one star review your employee earned today. Customer service tip #1 - never imply a customer is wrong in an attempt to deflect your own misunderstandings or lack of knowledge. I simply called in asking for a copy of my 1099-SA that all HSA account administrators are required to send for tax purposes (never received). Easy right? No, I was not only given incorrect information which baffled me, she called back saying I was given the wrong information because *I* was wrong. Excuse me? Someone needs Customer Service Training 101.And before you send one of the "contact a supervisor" replies, first listen to the phone conversation from 3/12/18 about 9:50am (you record them right?) and jot down the moment I asked for ANY other form than a 1099-SA like she said I did. (basically calling me a liar) Prove that I did, and this negative review is gone. Waiting...

I have been with this Credit Union for almost 40 years. Never had a problem, got 2 different short term loans here in the past. My husband and I used Fifth Third for banking on our business.. I didn't really like that experience. I will always bank here while my husband banks elsewhere. To each his own...

Extremely rude! We have had our auto loan since October, and every time we have had to call for anything we get attitude, like we are bugging them and not want to help. We are already looking into trying to move the loan to someone else. Will never take another loan if this is who offers.

I dread making a payment for my loan because EVERY SINGLE TIME I am on hold for 5 minutes or more. Then I am lucky if they don't disconnect once they do finally answer, starting the waiting game all over again. They need more people that just answer phones. Once the call is finally answered, the process to get the loan paid takes another 5 minutes or more. Never mind the time that the girl I spoke with emailed my account information, including my credit card number & ID number to someone with my last name that I do not know. The only redeeming factor is that at least the people are nice, slow, but nice.
