Here is the one star review your employee earned today. Customer service tip #1 - never imply a customer is wrong in an attempt to deflect your own misunderstandings or lack of knowledge. I simply called in asking for a copy of my 1099-SA that all HSA account administrators are required to send for tax purposes (never received). Easy right? No, I was not only given incorrect information which baffled me, she called back saying I was given the wrong information because *I* was wrong. Excuse me? Someone needs Customer Service Training 101.And before you send one of the "contact a supervisor" replies, first listen to the phone conversation from 3/12/18 about 9:50am (you record them right?) and jot down the moment I asked for ANY other form than a 1099-SA like she said I did. (basically calling me a liar) Prove that I did, and this negative review is gone. Waiting...
