I thought about writing this review as I was actually sitting there waiting for the process to be completed. I arrived here at 12:55pm for a 1:00pm APPOINTMENT to pick up a loan. I did not walk in, I made an appointment. I first asked after 15 minutes of waiting when I’d be seen and was told I’d have to wait until “someone frees up”. After waiting for almost 30 minutes, I asked for a manager. The person I asked happened to be a supervisor and said someone just came off of break and would help me. I was super annoyed because the people here seem like they don’t even want to be here and it really affects customer service all the way around. There needs to be training implemented within this branch, and more staff should be recruited to ensure for a quality customer experience. This bank has great products but this particular branch has a long way to go.

This credit union has a useless anti fraud Department. Call them because you notice a fraudulent charge PENDING. They cant block it. They wont do anything about it. Happened on 8/14/18 still no help. They dont even call it "fraud" or file it as fraud (they call it a merchant dispute) even though it was a fraudulent company online pretending to be another. The company even called pretending to be the pfcu fraud department asking if I authorized the charges but still pfcu wont do anything about it.

Waited for over an hour and they skipped my name. I am absolutely disgusted, and I had an appointment.

PFCU itself is a fine bank. This branch, however, might be their worst branch in the city. It looks nice, but they are ALWAYS understaffed and their ATMs always seem to be broken. They have two ATMs installed outside and I actually just can’t remember the last time both were working. Honestly, if it’s basically impossible for somebody to get cash out of their account without waiting on a 30 minute line - either from the teller or from the one ATM machine that (sometimes) works, then don’t even bother having a “branch” here.
