This is the second time I have used Dan and he is fantastic. I would definitely recommend him to others. He explains every step of the process clearly and keeps in constant communication if anything comes up to slow down the process. There is no pressure whatsoever and I felt like he always had my best interests in mind. The process was very easy and smooth. If I do purchase another home or refinance again I will definitely use Dan.

Erik Board was very helpful and processed our refinancing very smoothly and with very little effort on our part. Erik was very accessible and very quick to respond to my calls and answer my questions. He was forthcoming with all of the fees and very transparent about the refinancing process and I'm just thrilled that he was able to do this refinancing for us in such a short time. We started in mid-June and closed in Aug. This is our third home and refinancing with Optimum First is the best refinancing experiences I've ever had!

Alfredo was an excellent loan officer! My loan had quite a few issues that we had to deal with - none of which were Alfredo's fault. He and his team were able to get me approved in just a few days, and close in less than 30 days especially with the issues that I had to deal with my current lender. Thanks so much Alfredo!

I refinanced my home loan through loan officer Michael Hansen. He was very professional, timely and very clear with the whole process. I am fairly new with understanding home loans and Michael answered all of my questions immediately and gave me the peace of mind that I was in good hands and that I was getting the best rate possible. He is trustworthy and will go the extra mile to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with his service. Will continue to use him and I highly recommend him.

Optimum First, specifically my Loan Officer, John Smith, were incredible to work with. They were knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and very efficient. John was very easy to reach and responded to all of my questions almost within the hour, which is unheard of!! I was in the middle of a refinance and the loan officer was hard to reach. Would take up to 1 week to respond to email and almost never answered the phone. Then the company did a reorganization, at this point I was ready to give up. Then I found Optimum First, hesitant I restarted the process. From the time I submitted my application to closing was 18 days! There was no switch and bait and they stuck to the original costs and rates. I cannot wait to refer John to my friends and family who may be in the market for a loan, because I am 100% confident they will be as pleased as I am. Thank you John and the entire Optimum first team.

Total fail. I have used several online lenders. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had. This isn't about being approved or not. This is about Mark , our rep from Optimum First, making bad assumptions and not following up on critical issues until it was too late. He wasted not just my time, but the time of my family, my realtor, the sellers, the sellers family and the sellers financial institution. The list goes on. Had the sellers not been so forgiving, there could have been a law suit against Optimum First. Mark's documented willingness to bypass federal regulations to make up time would have been (and may still be) of intetest to the CFPB and very relevant to the suit. Now that half of our real estate season is lost we're starting over. I hope this helps you make a better choice in lenders.
