I was looking to refinance and received a few quotes from both large and small lenders (including Optimum First). Optimum First provided the best rate and terms and decided to go with them. I was a little concerned as I had not heard of Optimum First previously........ but saw they had great reviews on Yelp and a few other sites. Optimum First did not disappoint!!. Britney Velasquez was fantastic to work with and was always extremely responsive to my questions. She would proactively reach out to ensure I received the various documents and this ensured we closed within 30 days. I cannot give enough praise to Britney and her team......fantastic customer experience and highly recommend!!
