Very simple to sign up. Angela was very pleasant to speak with and helpful. I'm looking forward to this new adventure and so glad we will be able to provide a credit card transaction system.

Joined National Bank Card 2 months ago and so far things have gone well, a lot better then the other companies I have tried and Angela is a sweet heart.

At the beginning, awesome customer service!! Once they got my business, they do not return calls. I was told they wold return my call as soon as possible, and a week and a half later I am still waiting. My first transaction I had to input it twice since I made a mistake on my first try. About two weeks later, my secretary called, and she was told we were send an email letting us know we had made over 5 tries on the same card and we needed to send additional Information. I checked email and spam and no email was sent to email us. I called them on the following Saturday because I was told from the beginning there would be someone there to support during week days and weekends. On that call I was told I would receive a call as soon as possible. A week and a half, I am still waiting. Called them again on Wednesday, and guess what I was told? They will call me as soon as possible.

This was a very bad experience by far! Hiring this company has really wasted lots of my time on the phone with them and with my bank. First I get charged for a full month when I received the transponder on the last week of the month. I did only one transaction on the last day of the month to try it out and I got charged $39 for the full month plus additional cost because I did not do the minimum of 25 transactions in the month. I called to complain on the 4th after receiving my statement of course. They only refunded me back the $25 for not completing the 25 transactions but not till the 15th of the month. I canceled my contract with them by then and the following month I get charged another $9 dollars for the one transaction I did two months prior. They stated it was for the transaction I did that didn't process until the following month. The transaction was for $220 and they charged me almost 4% on top of the regular 0.25% I signed up for. This is completely absurd and they refused to refund me back. They state in their website that they are rated A+ in the BBB, but there are only 1 star reviews!
