This was a super long a trying ordeal. I started this process in May 2018. I was refinancing through a bank that I had used before and understood the VA process. My plan was to use the equity in my house to purchase a rental property. While I was paying off bills trying to raise my credit score I was contacted by M&M mortgage. Kenney Escher, told me they could get me a competitive interest rate, help me pay off some bills faster and put some money in my pocket for the rental property. I put my faith in Kenney and went with M&M mortgage. Through the whole process he kept in touch and kept me informed. There were times that I wanted to walk away but Kenney assured me that there was a light at the end of the tunnel and reminded of the bigger picture and what we were working for. My loan closed last week, I am debt free with money in the bank just like Kenney promised. As a soldier I can not tell you how many scams are out there but this IS NOT one of them. Kenney was honest, straight forward and really a “Johnny-on the-Spot” for 3 months Thank you guys.

Scott and his team were helpful in successfully getting us out of a contract for deed with a balloon payment and into a conventional mortgage. They rock! Signed paperwork last week!

Working with Scott Herzog at M&M was a fantastic experience. He worked diligently with everyone involved in the real estate transaction, and stayed on my wife and I to meet each deadline. Could not recommend Scott any more.

The worse mortgage company ever, numbers change constantly, promise low interest rates than can't get them when they get you hooked, poor execution to close, sign a disclosure with mortgage numbers you will love and than get a rewrite with corrections not in your favor one day before closing, they claimed they didn't know actual numbers earlier... REALLY??? It's your job to know. Payoffs on your existing loans are way late costing you interest. It's a cut rate mortgage company and their actions show it. Blame everything wrong on title company until you call title company to find out MM was the fault.... RUN dont WALK --- RUN as fast as you can from this company... They will cost you money and hide it in your loan

I think Michael is the only person who could have successfully found a lender for us, given the difficulties of being self employment & other. He was always on top of the process and immediately available with responses. His staff was first-rate and helped us through a situation in which we couldn’t electronically sign documents. Michael was confident, calm, and encouraging throughout the process, and when one lender changed its rules midstream, he quickly found an alternative. In the end, we got a surprisingly good rate and a smooth closing. I highly recommend his services to everyone.

I'm a first time home buyer and I could not have done it without my amazing team Scott, Tori, and Bruce! When I finally settled on who I was going to use for my morgage lender I felt safe and secure with this team. I wanted to make the home buying process as smooth and stress free as possible as I am still a student with a lot going on. Thy were available 24/7 for me to contact with any questions and kept me up to date with any other documents I needed and handled everything very efficiently. There were a few hiccups to get into my new home, but Scott and my realator made it happen! We were all nervous that we may have to push the closing day back, but my team made it happen. I was officially a homeowner on April 27th as promised. I can't thank them enough! I deffinitely reccomend these professionals.

Work with Jordann Hartzheim from M&M Mortgage . She is highly recommended. Jordann was very friendly and knowledgeable, prompt, professional, and courteous. Jordan is organized, as well as kind which made all of the difference in my interactions with her. I put my trust in her and she most definitely came through for me. Thank you Jordann for your patience as well as treating me as person rather than just home loan customer.

I signed up through Lending Tree to get rates on a refinance and Jordann H. at M&M received my request and texted me almost immediately. After getting more info from me on what type of loan refinancing I needed, she immediately went to work. We finally decided on a VA loan. Jordann was very competent and if she didn't know the answer right away, she'd find the answer and get back to me. She was very helpful, friendly & courteous. I had a great experience with M&M and would highly recommend them to others.
