I think Michael is the only person who could have successfully found a lender for us, given the difficulties of being self employment & other. He was always on top of the process and immediately available with responses. His staff was first-rate and helped us through a situation in which we couldn’t electronically sign documents. Michael was confident, calm, and encouraging throughout the process, and when one lender changed its rules midstream, he quickly found an alternative. In the end, we got a surprisingly good rate and a smooth closing. I highly recommend his services to everyone.
