This was a super long a trying ordeal. I started this process in May 2018. I was refinancing through a bank that I had used before and understood the VA process. My plan was to use the equity in my house to purchase a rental property. While I was paying off bills trying to raise my credit score I was contacted by M&M mortgage. Kenney Escher, told me they could get me a competitive interest rate, help me pay off some bills faster and put some money in my pocket for the rental property. I put my faith in Kenney and went with M&M mortgage. Through the whole process he kept in touch and kept me informed. There were times that I wanted to walk away but Kenney assured me that there was a light at the end of the tunnel and reminded of the bigger picture and what we were working for. My loan closed last week, I am debt free with money in the bank just like Kenney promised. As a soldier I can not tell you how many scams are out there but this IS NOT one of them. Kenney was honest, straight forward and really a “Johnny-on the-Spot” for 3 months Thank you guys.
