The worse mortgage company ever, numbers change constantly, promise low interest rates than can't get them when they get you hooked, poor execution to close, sign a disclosure with mortgage numbers you will love and than get a rewrite with corrections not in your favor one day before closing, they claimed they didn't know actual numbers earlier... REALLY??? It's your job to know. Payoffs on your existing loans are way late costing you interest. It's a cut rate mortgage company and their actions show it. Blame everything wrong on title company until you call title company to find out MM was the fault.... RUN dont WALK --- RUN as fast as you can from this company... They will cost you money and hide it in your loan
