Krause and our salesman, Joe Castorvillari were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. Joe was a huge help and he worked tirelessly to find us the exact car and options we wanted. Before ever walking into Krause I would have rather gone to get a root canal than go new car shopping. Krause totally changed my opinion based on how well they treated us. If you're looking for a new car, Krause should be your first stop.

The Service Department has such nice people to help with the needs of your Toyota. They are friendly and knowledgeable, when it comes to answering questions about your car. I just had a 40,000 mile oil change,and asked to have the tires rotated, as well as, check the wear on the tires and breaks. The breaks were fine, but the tires should be replaced before Winter. The Service Representative recommended that, when I came in for State Inspection in October the tires could be replaced then. He said that is why the tires were not rotated today. I could have been charged for the unnecessary rotation, and I would not known the difference. This is another reason why I trust the Service Department at Krause Toyota. They really have the best interests in mind for their customers.D.J. Macungie, PA

I purchased my RAV-4 in early December of 2017. Kara Malysza my sales associate did a wonderful job of finding exactly what I wanted at another dealer and then went and got it herself. That is great customer service, thank you. From past experiences at other car dealers I am always on edge waiting for the moment the deal changes and its not what was promised. This never happened and the whole transaction of picking up the car and signing the paper was probably about an hour, wow. Everything was as discussed, it was the best purchase experience I ever had. I have now had the RAV in for its 5,000 and 10,000 mile check-ups and the service has been the same as my initial dealings, excellent.

I constantly refer friends, customers, everyone!! And believe me, I know alot of people!! I will refer everyone & anyone!!! Don't shop anywhere else!! Alot of my pest Control customers are customers of Krause as well!!! And let's not forget the service DEPARTMENT!! Sandy, Mike , Eric, & Rick are the best!!! Bought my Highlander from them last year,and must say they came through for me.Met my needs,were not pushy,but wanted my business. Allowed me to test drive any and every model vehicle to make sure I knew which one was right for me and my needs.Kara was my sales person and was terrific,always got back to me,and located a vehicle of my choice (since they didn't have the color choices I wanted).They kept to their word and delivered on time,did not play any games.From the sales dept,to finance dept,to service dept,and detail dept,they were top notch.Very personable, professional, and honest. I know for a fact a lot of their staff have been there for twenty plus years,and are currently the oldest dealership for Toyota in America.When you buy a vehicle from them it's not just a purchase transaction,but an on going relationship. They stride themselves to be the best,not like the rest.
