Client Review on Krause Toyota

Feedback:

I called in today to handle 2 recalls on my 08 Tacoma. After speaking to Toyota directly, I learned that the frame recall has a deadline of the 21st to complete the quick inspection of the frame. Being the 2nd, there is still plenty of time. I was told by their service department that "they are done with those." And there is no way they can inspect the frame by the deadline. I was willing to take any hour of any day possible, it was obvious they wanted no part of it. So the result, I call Toyota back and they set me up with Independance Toyota, who took me in a heartbeat. I'm going to be picking out a new truck while I'm there. They don't know that yet. I wanted to waive the frame inspection and just get the springs but Kraus argued that I don't know for sure the frame is good. This truck just moved northeast and has never had salt exposure. I went over it, its perfect.. but he said, you gotta go somewhere else....wow. thanks for the help. 2 stars because the guy was nice about it. Yep, you've been open over 60 years because you sell vehicles, people need them. That's it.
