I purchased my RAV-4 in early December of 2017. Kara Malysza my sales associate did a wonderful job of finding exactly what I wanted at another dealer and then went and got it herself. That is great customer service, thank you. From past experiences at other car dealers I am always on edge waiting for the moment the deal changes and its not what was promised. This never happened and the whole transaction of picking up the car and signing the paper was probably about an hour, wow. Everything was as discussed, it was the best purchase experience I ever had. I have now had the RAV in for its 5,000 and 10,000 mile check-ups and the service has been the same as my initial dealings, excellent.
