The Service Department has such nice people to help with the needs of your Toyota. They are friendly and knowledgeable, when it comes to answering questions about your car. I just had a 40,000 mile oil change,and asked to have the tires rotated, as well as, check the wear on the tires and breaks. The breaks were fine, but the tires should be replaced before Winter. The Service Representative recommended that, when I came in for State Inspection in October the tires could be replaced then. He said that is why the tires were not rotated today. I could have been charged for the unnecessary rotation, and I would not known the difference. This is another reason why I trust the Service Department at Krause Toyota.
