Feedback:

Do not give ITCU your business. They are incompetent and cannot fulfill requests regarding the movement of funds between accounts, opening and closing accounts or advising a person when a particular transaction may result in a dividend penalty. And when you do point out their errors, they refuse to accept responsibility and blame their mistakes on either the customer or some other department. They are the worst financial institution in North Texas.

This is one among the best banks that have worked with, They are very patient in explaining the details of the products available and how we can benefit about it. I worked with Neha Vij she is an amazing lady and she just goes a extra mile all the time to explain about the options available, and also provided the contacts for other departments like mortgage and she said i will get a call from the concerned person and i did get and the lady from the mortgage dept was also great. Overall its a 5 star treatment i have with ITCU. Thank you ITCU to make me a happy memeber,

I have been an In Touch/EDS credit union member since 1984. Until recently I have been extremely happy with the service and support offered from ITCU.Last month I entered the credit union to withdraw a large amount of cash, that's when I realized how un safe my experience during that visit actually was.I contacted the credit union with my concern that there is no armed security on site. In addition, the credit union will not allow customers to enter thier facility armed with a license to carry. What they have done with thier signs is notify potential armed robbers that they won't have to worry about confronting anyone with a gun if they decide to hold up an In a Touch credit union bank. I am very disappointed with the decision to post the 30.06 signs. Recently I have been doing research to move my money to a bank that respects my security. All the other banks and credit unions I have researched have made the wise decision not to limit legal concealed carry by posting the 30.06 sign.Below is the response I recieved from Chris Oglesbee, AVP Operations Support, of the credit union"I do understand your concern to protect yourself as you enter any place of business with both 30.06 and 30.07 signs posted. However, back when 30.07 was introduced, InTouch made the decision to post both 30.06 and 30.07 signs at all of our locations. We have had a few inquiries like yours about only posting the 30.07 sign instead of both, however it still remains ITCU’s policy to keep both signs posted at this time."Please reconsider this unsafe ITCU policy.James Todd SherryITCU member

Feedback:

Horrible experience with car loan and member care. Speaking with management all they can say is nothing they can do and "they are to big to send a friendly reminder" before they charge $2300 for less then 3 months of forced place insurance. Wow! Really Wow! Had 3 other vehicles insured for $200 a month. After just over 2 months they notified by email I forgot to insure this particular new vehicle the next day I got coverage for $65 A month and about 10 days later they decide to charge back insurance for approx $1000 a month for a truck. Talk about taking advantage of there members instead of taking care of them. All they had do send friendly reminder or a call like the largest credit union in the world(NFCU) would do ....they obviously care about there members and are not to big. There solution was for additional $50 fee they would let me pay the $2300 as last 2 payments of loan or they will take the truck back and ruin my credit. I feel so taking advantage of and because it's in small print in new vehicle loan contract perfectly legal for them to take advantage and screw over there members for an innocent mistake by a very busy single dad that never missed a regular payment. (So now it's been a year after they responded to the inial message and no one has contacted me they apparently like to leave a response but that's just for show. They have negative credit remarks on my credit report and I have never missed any regular payment and it is the only negative mark in over 20years.)

Feedback:

They failed to notify me about a past-due payment on a signature loan that I co-signed. It was paid for 2 years on time and it was marked as 30-days late, I asked to see if they could remove it from my credit (as a goodwill removal) and they couldn't do that for me. Never again will I do business with ITCU

Feedback:

I use both ITCU and Chase; they are WORLDS apart. If you want effortless banking, I would recommend looking elsewhere. ITCU's system is antiquated, their updates lock you out of the system and then you're #113 in the queue with no access to your account for several days. I attempted to pay a bill online, but it took 14 days and there was no record of it. I did receive the funds back, but was charged $7 for the transaction. It's the little things that make me regret opening this account.

Feedback:

After hours the ATM at Democracy Drive rejects deposits for the last 3 times I've tried to use it. Very frustrating.

Feedback:

My experience has not been good as when I sent requests over email and never get any follow up on the request. I have to constantly check back on the status to see if the request has been taken care of or not.
