This is one among the best banks that have worked with, They are very patient in explaining the details of the products available and how we can benefit about it. I worked with Neha Vij she is an amazing lady and she just goes a extra mile all the time to explain about the options available, and also provided the contacts for other departments like mortgage and she said i will get a call from the concerned person and i did get and the lady from the mortgage dept was also great.
