We worked with Jody Lee Canfield and Sandra Dodd from Watermark loans and they made our refinance process very easy and smooth. We were given the best available rate. Response to calls and emails was very quick and we were always kept in the loop on each step of the process. I would defiantly recommend working with both of them.

I worked with Doug Gintzler and Dana Chupp. I was blown away by their service. I did NOT enjoy the process of trying to find a lender at first. It was hard to get consistent, quick responses. Doug was direct, clear and VERY responsive. He was also the most direct and knowledgable of any of the lenders I worked with. My only hang up at first was that I'd never heard of Watermark. I was terrified that once I signed up or got down the process Doug and Dana would go MIA and I'd get left hanging. That was not the experience I had. Their responsiveness and effort only picked up as we got closer to the closing date. I wanted to close ASAP. They helped me close in I believe 20 days. They were ready a few days faster than I could have dreamed. If you go with Doug and his team, just be direct with what you want, be responsive to their ask (essentially do your part) and you'll be blown away. I kept looking for the "catch" - there wasn't one.

Ameer Jalal is the name! He gave a mile when asked for an inch! He tried his best getting us the best rate for refinancing and is so easy to communicate with. This company is one of the best I have worked with.

I had a friend use Watermark for his refinancing in Las Vegas and then my mother used Watermark for a condo purchase in Colorado, both of those transactions went well. Today, I closed on a condo purchase in Las Vegas. I just want to say that the loan processor Jaclyn Hargraves went above and BEYOND to get this deal approved and funded. The loan was funded on the same day as the signing and everyone was thrilled with the end result. I also ended up with an outstanding mortgage rate and very reasonable fees. Watermark is the real deal and I am forever grateful.
