terrible company... wish I could give 0 star. I was working with Patrick for a home loan approval..and then my family had to switch state. I reached out to Patrick again for a loan in Texas. He said he's not licensed in it but will coordinate with another colleague and promised to let that person know to reach out to me. I waited 3 days nothing happened. I had to go on their website and reapplied for an inquiry. My case got assigned to Nick..who is licensed in Texas. Nick and I got in touch and in which he got me an approval letter. He was responsive the first couple days but then one time I got a few questions about rate and lender points, I called twice without any responses, voicemail was full. I emailed and haven't received any follow up in 2 weeks. Needless to say I went with a different company and was able to lock down a much better rate/lender points. I would def not recommend this company to anyone.
