Feedback:

Gave out my first 1 star review today, which feels pretty awful. I'm generally understanding of most everything and am willing to see past mistakes and shortcomings if EFFORT or ETHICS are present. We have had a working relationship with this company in the past but decided to make a switch about 4 months ago. After multiple points of contact with the company, unanswered messages and misinformation we've yet to simply cancel our account. Our business has continued to be charged fees month over month. Each company rep has had a different line of instructions to give and the number of times letters never made it to their intended destination or faxes "got lost" makes me believe that either Fax, Email and the US postal service are simultaneously failing OR this company is participating in unethical practices. I would recommend you not conduct business with this firm.

I have been with this company for 18 years. They are honest and truly care about your business. The marketing and financial product keep adding up to costumer through the door. They actually have better options to purchase then my competitors. They even have the guts to guaranteed my services. That's confidence.

Great company! I can't say enough about this company. They are amazing to work with. They have assisted me with all my credit card needs. As a non-profit the last thing I want to do is deal with credit card problems. Thank you USMS team!

Horrible credit processor. They tie you up and 4yr non cancellable leases and charge dailies discounts to make their monthly charges look low. Also, their charges are multiple charges instead of one charge. Be careful signing with them, to cancel the account it is nearly impossible, you have to mail a letter which the address is not provided and not the address on the statements, no fax, no email or call. I got a email stating their supervisor closed the account on July and they are still charging me months later for compliance fees. Truly bad service. Beware. And by the way they did this to a lot of people..I will have them post the same. They should be reported to Federal trade commission for falsifying charges after accounts stated are closed.

They promise you to save money on your rates but instead you will spend more money, pay hidden fees and also they charge extra $50 to unlock credit card machine from them. Think twice before you start business with them.Stay away!

Shady company who makes it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel without outrageous hidden fees and then wait months after you cancel to say they have 45 days from the day you notify them in writing to cancel, meanwhile they drain your acount and say it was for months prior. BS!! They are criminals!

We've been working with USMS for 2 years and have lately been referring all our clients to their merchant services department. We have been very very happy with their level of attention and customer service as well as the rates they have been able to provide to our clients.

We have used this company for at least the last 6 years. We had a terminal that was printing weakly so "USMS" sent us another terminal so poorly programmed that we were unable to run credit card over a Saturday(our busiest day!) and Sunday. The customer service there is truly horrible. When "USMS" attempted to correct mistakes made by their own people, they switched another merchant's ID with ours!!! So basically, all of SOMEONE ELSE'S deposits went into our account. I spent 5-6 HOURS on the phone with this company and we still have not resolved all of the issues. Check all the complaints that are listed on the BBB for US Merchant Systems before deciding to do business with this company.
