Feedback:

This is the worst bank I've ever done business with. I wish I never opened an account here. They have so many annoying policies and regulations that other banks don't have. External transfers can take UP TO A WEEK, even if the account is already verified. A lost cashier check took 90 DAYs to be returned then when they resent it, they forgot to tell my other bank account which account to deposit it to, so it got returned to them and we had to wait for that before it could be reissued AGAIN. NOTHING IS EASY HERE. Yes, they have a mobile app now, but good luck doing anything on it other than transferring to another US Community account. I feel like my money is in prison and I have to go through a maze to get it. I had no idea how great and easy my last bank made everything until I experienced the customer service here at US Community Credit Union.

My children have saving accounts here and have for about 8 years now. I have never had a problem depositing money into their account and we have always enjoyed going to the bank to make deposits. We usually use the Mt Juliet location and always had a wonderful experience. We have used the Lebanon location in the past as well with no problem. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, I don't know, but my experience was so bad that I ended up closing their accounts. As the teller was telling me that I couldn't make deposits into my children's accounts, (I think she was new and didn't have a clue what to do) she was Instant Messaging her boss (who was sitting directly behind me) on what to do. Instead of the person in charge coming over to ask what was going on they continue to IM each other from across the room. It was so Odd and unprofessional. I had the simplest of transactions...I just wanted to make a deposit and they made such a big deal about it, I still don't understand what their issue was, however, after closing the accounts, I went straight over to Wilson Bank. Made the same deposit I was trying to make at US C. It was so quick and easy and they were So friendly.

It has been a pleasure doing business with the credit union staff here in Lebanon. There service has been extraordinary. I especially want to say thank you to Michael Clay, he has been very helpful and was a deciding factor for me to continue to be a member at US Community Credit Union. I was sharing with him that it is an inconvenience not being able to get online 24 hours a day 7 days a week. But he has made the difference with his customer service, that means a lot to me. I am looking forward to continuing my membership and inviting others to join as well.
