US Card Systems has the lowest rates and guarantees to beat any other competitor with explanations on where we are saving. Very happy to sign with US Card Systems for another 3 year contract! Highly recommend as a small business owner!

Can't express how helpful and money saving this company is. Professional and NOT pushy at all, which is refreshing. They worked with our processor and POS system to save us more than double what we had original figured could be saved. Service staff take their time to do the job right and not leave a stone unturned. Looking forward to the continued savings. Rates are affordable and monumental todays trends of almost everything going on cards. Great service and asset to any business, small or large.

I would just like to say how pleased I am that we have switched over to US Card Systems. We have been with them a couple years now and are still very pleased with their service. Prior to signing up, Wrina was so helpful explaining the system and their services. After we started using them, their customer service team has been wonderful. There is one phone number to call into and only a few people on the team so you are always talking to familiar person.We just had an incident where another credit card processing company solicited us and offered lower rates. I received a list of their “lower” rates and sent them over to Wrina. She went over it step by step and explained everything to me. Needless to say, I’m still with US Card Systems not just because they’ve saved us money but also because of the fabulous service.

Rude. They keep calling insisting that they are not trying to get us to switch processing companies. That they are calling us with important and pressing financial information. Four phone calls in two days during busy times in a restaurant are not acceptable. She will not let me take a message for my mother the owner. Get straight to the point/ tell us your rates and be polite if you are looking for interest.

My experience with US Card Systems has been great. They have done everything to make my transition to a new company very easy and fast. I'm a slow learner and Casandra had great patience with me. Thank you all for all your help!

Extremely poor customer service. Our company has been charged for over 12 months for processing and equipment that we never needed. That is after trying to cancel. Horrible sales people.
