I would just like to say how pleased I am that we have switched over to US Card Systems. We have been with them a couple years now and are still very pleased with their service. Prior to signing up, Wrina was so helpful explaining the system and their services. After we started using them, their customer service team has been wonderful. There is one phone number to call into and only a few people on the team so you are always talking to familiar person.We just had an incident where another credit card processing company solicited us and offered lower rates. I received a list of their “lower” rates and sent them over to Wrina. She went over it step by step and explained everything to me. Needless to say, I’m still with US Card Systems not just because they’ve saved us money but also because of the fabulous service.
