Rude. They keep calling insisting that they are not trying to get us to switch processing companies. That they are calling us with important and pressing financial information. Four phone calls in two days during busy times in a restaurant are not acceptable. She will not let me take a message for my mother the owner. Get straight to the point/ tell us your rates and be polite if you are looking for interest.
