Feedback:

This is the worst place you could possibly bank. They treated my wife absolutely horribly and discriminated against her ur to health problems and religion. They are unethical, unkind, and disrespectful of people as human beings. Not the kind of people you want to trust with your money. I would give negative stars if I could. DO NOT BANK OR WORK HERE.

I love our Branch. They are friendly and helpful. Morgan even though she's the assistant manager always takes time to make us feel like we are her primary concern. The whole staff is friendly and feel like family. We will go out of our way to go to this branch over closer options.

In the 15 years I’ve been “apart” of this credit union I’ve had a handful of good experiences. However, this location has the poorest customer service; and above all their bill pay is incredibly incompetent. After several hours wasted on the phone as this credit union doesn’t take responsibility for the outside company they’ve hired for their bill pay services, tracking down payments that have been withdrawn from my account but not applied to my bills, and $45.68 in late fees due to no one knowing why my payments are all of a sudden not being sent to the correct address, I’m finally going to another credit union who is accountable for their services.

I have had online bill payments go egregiously late on multiple occasions the last few months. I understand mistakes happen, but when I call member services for help, I don't want to hear "It's not our fault, you need to call the company that does the bill pay" after I sit on hold for 30 minutes. If your company is contracting another company to perform a service, you're responsible for ensuring that service is provided appropriately. Attempting to transfer that responsibility to your customers is the very definition of bad customer service.

I’ve had nothing but issues with this location, terrible customer service. I tried to go pay my car payment and needed to withdraw cash from the atm from my other bank, the atm was not working for me so I went inside to see if I could pay with my debit card, the girl seemed bothered by my presence told me there would be a $10 fee and then tried telling me to go to Cyprus credit union and withdraw money and then come back. Last month I had my check book and went through this drive through and was ignored for over 10 mins, I had to go inside to get service. I’m considering closing my accounts and refinancing my loans elsewhere because of this location.
