I've had a credit card with this bank for the last 4yrs and now all of a sudden, it's becoming an issue. I don't use the account, paid ahead of due dates on autopay, and has never been late or overdrawn since.Now there's an issue and the branches can't do anything so I have to be forced to call and be put on hold only to be told nothing can be done and now my money is just floating in space.What happened? As of last month, my account dipped below the autopay requirement and caused a returned check fee. I got it sorted out and had it resubmitted. Money comes out of the account but the credit card is still showing no payment and they've hit me with another fee. I call to have it resolved only to be put on hold for 35+ min and no resolution.So I guess I should just keep paying 150usd and getting these fees while my 150 is not going toward the account and just floating in space?Terrible customer service and I feel like I need to get legal representation immediately.

I dig the skyway through, decent fast chow, handy location...but crap like these idiot protestors and their bullhorns annoy me.

Avoid their mortgage division at all costs. We had a small fire. The insurance company paid up. The bank held our money, sent it to the wrong address, did not show up for inspections, treated us like children. And this was a small loss! We have received 16% of what is due. In desperation, we are going to pay off the mortgage rather than try to deal with them further.

US Bank has to have the worst Mortgage customer service among mortgage lenders. I have had several Commercial and residential mortgages with them and each time I have tried to get the payoff whenI can never get a payoff or payment summary that some lenders request.My previous time I had to call Minnesota to finally get what I needed.For 2 days me and the title co have attempted get the payoff for the commercial bldg.. without success.Though the Title co faxed them our authorization, they still would not help them. I called and was transferred to 4 different people and now they say my acct. mgr. must call me !!!!I am done with them !!!!!!
