Feedback:

I've been a member for over 15 years, and plan on staying a member. That says it all!

Feedback:

I am regretting I ever started banking with Texas Trust. I talked to three employees over the phone today andit was like I was talking to the same person each time. No customer service. No concern about the reason for mycall or urgency to solve my problem. I think they could careless. If I could read minds I would swear I am hearing themthink: Blah, Blah, Blah. Two were in Arlington, one was a call center operator and the other a specialist. In Kentucky Italked to a supervisor. They all had the same monotoneattitude and answer: I'm sorry but I don't know how you canprint your entire bill pay page without cutting off the pageprinting only a small portion of the page. I'm sorry that youcan't tell the difference between two accounts that you havewith one bank on your online bill statement. Why don't you printyour statement page and cross reference them that way.And my next question to her was, what if my printer is not workingor I have run out of ink and what if I need to know right thismoment which account I have paid, or if I have paid the sameaccount twice? I guess it's not important to them. But I'm here totell you it is of great importance to me. This bank could care lesswhether you bank with them or not. I see they are getting a lot ofunhappy customers by the bad reviews they are getting. And rightlyso.

Feedback:

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. The people that work here. All they care about is Money. Do not EVER do business with this group. If you are getting a lease - don't use them. If you are working with D&M - don't use them. Essentially if you use them - you are putting your credit at HUGE RISK

Feedback:

Ever since QualTrust was acquired by Texas Trust, online banking has been impossible. Resetting my password can take over 30 minutes while I wait for my email to come in, and even once I've reset the password, I still cannot log in. My budgeting software has sat useless all April as I can't seem to get into the system.Furthermore, the debit cards they sent us are bad. How can debit cards be bad? Well it turns out if they're made cheaply enough, they won't click into the chip readers. So now, a lot of chip readers won't work with my card (Target readers are already bad enough, but now with hard to read cards means I basically can't shop there.). We've been customers now since the 1st of April, but the joke's on them. We will be canceling our account and finding a bank that is both closer to home, and compatible with the 21st century.

Feedback:

Bad service. Customer service is ridiculous. Thinking about refinancing my Jeep.

Feedback:

The best Mortgage department for your needs.

Feedback:

The stamp of Texas Trust is completely illegible. My long term care provider, a large corporation with immovable policies will not accept it as proof of purchase that a payment has been made. Do NOT TRY to put a check through this credit union and have them accept it as proof of payment. They BADLY NEED TO REVISE THEIR STAMP.Corinne Veteikis
