Feedback:

23 calls ahead, about 30 min wait, and then told we have to come in and close out our account. We live about 45 mins from the closest branch.

The Saint Louis Community Credit Union is involved in mail fraud via "Secret Surveyor Evaluation" scam. Reporting them to the U.S. Postal Inspector. Tried to contact them 3 times today and they never answered the phone. Be aware!

Worst customer experience of my life. Most tellers are rude, especially over the phone. I had 7 overdraft fees because a debit for a loan I had came in at the wrong time and all she could say was can’t do anything you need somethin else? Get some employees that put in effort.

I went to their ATM to deposit money like I always do for my navy federal credit union account. The ATM took my $100 bill. I had my fiance go inside to tell someone. The branch manager comes out and says that basically it's nothing that they can do but have us call navy federal. I told him that it was their ATM and that they should be able to handle this situation. He says he don't know why they don't have that ATM coned off. So that right there lets me know that you knowingly know that this ATM has malfunctions and you all don't do anything about it. I told the branch manager Chris that I was not leaving til I called my bank. My bank put in a dispute but I will be calling st louis community credit union in the morning. The branch manager has no customer services at all! He needs more training or something. I'm livid and so confused.

I have been with Midwest CU, now St. Louis Community CU, for 30+ years. I have taken a dozen or so vehicle loans with them and have also had a savings account with them. My dealings have always been easy and accurate. I recommend them to family and friends. I would give them a 5 but some of their loan officers have been a little rough around the edges.

I wish I could give this place the zero stars that they deserve. I called on Friday to inform them that I was receiving charges from Apple on my debit card although I had changed my card on file to a Visa and had a confirmation email from Apple confirming this. I informed them that I had called Apple several times and they were refusing to do anything and said I had to call my financial institution. The customer service rep advised me to go into my local branch to file a dispute. I came into my local branch on a Saturday and Billie one of the member service reps “helped me”. EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve been into the branch and she’s helped me she seems to have an attitude and she is EXTREMELY rude! Even with my documentation, they weren’t trying to refund me the two courtesy pay fees I incurred as a result of Apple charging me TWICE on this card even though my Visa is still on file. She kept saying that’s something I have to take that up with Apple. The whole point of filing a dispute is that when you contact the merchant, they either refuse to do anything or claim they can’t and your financial institution is supposed to have your back! Then on top of that Billie says generally when you file a dispute the card is cancelled; I said that’s fine can they just produce me a new one here? She said yes but it’s $10. Why do I have to pay $10 for a new card when this isn’t my fault and I have documentation from the company that’s making unauthorized charges on my card received the information for the card they should be charging?! Terrible service. I will be looking for a new credit union to bank with.

I love this credit union I don't know what you ppl talking about they always nice a friendly with me and my family when we visit so I wish y'all would keep y'all opinions to y'all selves because it ain't right that y'all saying this stuff because y'all don't get what y'all want keep rocking y'all at my favorite bank Love yall
