I’m an out-of-state veterinary student and stop here to do my shared-branch banking. Service is fast and the people have all been friendly. Never had a complication or complaint out the place.

Feedback:

since week or so no account balances are displaying online or app. No one in the bank is helping or rectify the issue. Managers are not available to answer the call. Leaving the voice message no response. This is 3rd or 4th time in the past few months it happened.3/2/18now another issue can't deposit checks thru app. very bad service...

it been more than a week i am not able to do any activity on line due to error which they are not giving me any status . so frustrating ...

Cannot online bank due to an error that they have been unable to rectify for over 3 weeks which is made worse since it is a known error that has affected many accounts since last summer!

Ever get a letter from a bank telling you what the charges are going to be for your refinance? I’m sure you have and I’m sure they kept to their word. Not at Shrewsbury Federal Credit Union. There you can get a letter from a loan officer stating what your charges will be and then have way more deducted from your account. And the reason, this loan officer was unaware of the charges when she sent the letter. Really? Unaware? So maybe you should check your numbers before sending a letter out with false and misleading information. Worst experience of my life. Yelled at by Joe Jenkins the banks lawyer, never heard from the loan officer to see how things were going, only get a letter from her with the wrong information. Great service, ha. Glad to be done with them. Be careful if you use this bank.

Might as well go to a big bank. Tried to refinance the home equity line I had with them.First they wanted me to take out more, no thanks, then their attorney, Joe Jenkins, can’t be bothered to answer my questions, is verbally abusive over the phone yelling at me. Then I get a letter informing me of closing costs if I refinance with them or the cost to close the loan out and go else where. Well I guess it doesn’t matter if you have things in writing because they just deducted $150 more than what was stated in their letter. I doubt this will be addressed as my other concerns were not addressed either.Go to this bank if you like poor customer service. I will edit this if anything changes.

This Credit Union is awful, they do absolutely nothing for you. You have to do all the footwork yourself and beg them to make certain transactions for you they are not helpful and will not do anything for their customers. Strange transactions happen on my account and they don't know why stop payments will put on checks when I never put a stop payment on a check. And I've been fighting with them for two weeks to refund me for a duplicate purchase that went through my card twice. DO NOT JOIN THIS CREDIT UNION, THERES A REASON WHY THET HAVE LOW REVIEWS.
