Client Review on Red Rocks Credit Union

Feedback:

We received a call from Red Rocks telling us there was possible fraudulent activity on our account in another state. We were asked if the transactions should be allowed to which we responded no. The transactions still went through and now we've been informed that we will have to go through the dispute process with each transaction. To add insult to injury my card had to be cancelled. They said it would be two weeks to receive a new card or I could simply stop by the only existing branch to have one printed. Sadly the branch only has lobby hours while I'm at work so I am now forced to take a day off to regain any access to my money in a timely manner. I've had similar problems with my account at other banks but rarely have had to jump through so many hoops to get back to norm.Update: Someone at the bank reached out to us to attempt to deal with the issue. I've added stars to my review but I still feel like the added attempt to provide a good customer experience should have happened much earlier when we were making inquiries instead of waiting for a bad review and then scrambling.
