Feedback:

This is the most unprofessional group of people I've dealt with in my 18 years in property management. We requested some deodorizer for our vacant units and was told yes and then received a call stating since our account was past due they weren't gonna give us the deodorizer. We spent thousand of dollars with this company. And pay them weekly this is totally absurd. Also they wont clean your model home or any employee units without being paid for it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Nice, professional experienced cleaners came but their were some issues: charged more then implied (and rather exhorbitant $50) to move some furniture, and in fact still didn't move some plants - one of which had a huge stain under it. Later sent photo and called but got a very kurt reply from un-sympathetic mgr., and he chose to not clean my huge rug (a $160 value to them) which they returned. They did come back to clean the stain. Not one employee apologized. I was cordial and polite about it all. Shame because they were the only outfit I'd ever used - never again though.

I can't praise this company enough. From my first phone call to the completion of installing my flooring (laminate and tile) I was treated as a valued client. Cory , and the installers were respectful, considerate and very professional throughout the entire process and the work was exceptional. I highly recommend them for all your flooring needs.Mary Ellen and Keith

I had requested a phone call 10-15 min prior to the arrival. I received a call to let me know that the tech was there...I rushed to get home when I got out of my vehicle the young man that was sent to my home today was very unprofessional. He got out of the van and starred at me as though he had never seen another life form??? he refused to speak or introduce himself or the company that he worked for. Had the company name not been on the van he was driving I would have probably called the cops. I had to introduce myself and I was not sure that I even wanted to leave my home with this person inside unsupervised. I then call PCS and was transferred to Corey who then wanted to defend the Rude unprofessional conduct of his employee and wanted to tell me that he was shy and had, had a hard life. Last time I checked life is not a bed roses for anyone....Corey, without my knowledge, then went to my home himself unannounced, my husband also went home to check on things. He was not spoken to at all except when Corey approached him to tell him that every thing looked good when he was wiping the steps down. (btw he didn't even ask who Keith was) How could Corey decide for me if the job was satisfactory???? I would not use them again in the future or refer them. I had used them before and they did a great job its funny how time has changed so much. When I called to pay I was not asked how the job looked or if I was satisfied it was get the cc # and done....there are still some good customer service oriented companies around. But I would not use them again.

Had to replace the carpet in our restaurant and we were given their contact info. They were very helpful through the entire process. The installers did a fantastic job!!! That was the most important thing for us. We have seen other restaurants get a high quality carpet only to have it installed poorly. Now they are replacing it again because the seams were done wrong.

They do good work but are not the best company to work for as there may be plenty of jobs to complete but the company could care less about there employees needs and are strictly focused on production if that means working 14 hrs a day. Pay raises are not based on merit and cronyism is definitely part of there work environment. Be prepared to work harder and longer as a new person but don't expect to be rewarded or acknowledged for that hard work. Even customer reviews that advise of the professional nature of the employees work is acknowledged but not in the manner you as an employee care about. Any resentment will be quickly proven to be you are a worker and they are your bosses. Little attempt at praise of any value and making you feel part of a company other than a tool. Be prepared to be verbally scolded with any issue that occurs while hearing very little about the good you do. Not much growth or opportunity and minorities have a slightly higher hill to climb despite whatever hot air comes out there mouth. There actions speak much louder then the petty thanks you get after working a 15hr shift and being on call for the next week beyond that. Bottom line is they make money and you simply make money for them while u get pennies.
