Feedback:

Any restaurant has certain expectations of their Point of Sale system. I believe these expectations can be summed up into two words; Precision, and Efficient. Neither of these two words describe priority 1 point of sale. Type in a $20.00 compensation and their point of sale will take off $22.48. Try it again, enter in $20.00 compensation and their point of sale takes off $48.03 this time. Call into customer service to report the error and fix it, they will tell you that it should not be doing that and it’s been an issue they are trying to fix. You will receive no solution. There are countless other issues, some of which involve printing errors, system crashing (which they will always blame it on that your internet is down which it will not be down), but two of the major issues I have with this point of sale are the reports and customer service. Any detailed reports that you are looking for in a point of sale you will NOT find here. And with the customer service, good luck getting them to answer the phone. We tried to ask questions about their point of sale and the only answers we got were an individual bragging about who they tricked into signing up for their system.

In twenty years of working in and managing restaurants this is absolutely the worst system I have ever used. Constantly crashes. Is not user friendly. Truths were not told when purchasing system. They should be ashamed taking our money! Big thumbs down!

For restaurants this pos is a nightmare to work with. Software is always crashing Same issues over and over again. This system is not capable of doing coupons properly among other things.

I can't say enough good things about the tech support!We had a lightning strike take out our main server on Wednesday afternoon. We had customers lined up and a group of 100 due to show in 2 hours and no way to process any transactions. Justin, Joey and the whole team worked nonstop to get us up and able to take care of business for that night and the next day. They didn't stop at that.... I had the replacement server at my door Friday morning and we were up and fully operational for the busy weekend by lunchtime. Through the whole event, I truly felt that everyone was doing all they could to help us get back to business. You can trust these guys!!

If you work in restaurants, Priority 1 POS is well worth it!As a restaurant manager, Ms. Leslie Szabo and Mr. Devin Sharpe recently came to teach myself and other co-workers how to operate the POS system. They even went to the extent of demonstrating common task that our staff will execute on the system. We’re very fortunate for their service!
