Client Review on Priority 1 POS

Any restaurant has certain expectations of their Point of Sale system. I believe these expectations can be summed up into two words; Precision, and Efficient. Neither of these two words describe priority 1 point of sale. Type in a $20.00 compensation and their point of sale will take off $22.48. Try it again, enter in $20.00 compensation and their point of sale takes off $48.03 this time. Call into customer service to report the error and fix it, they will tell you that it should not be doing that and it’s been an issue they are trying to fix. You will receive no solution. There are countless other issues, some of which involve printing errors, system crashing (which they will always blame it on that your internet is down which it will not be down), but two of the major issues I have with this point of sale are the reports and customer service. Any detailed reports that you are looking for in a point of sale you will NOT find here. And with the customer service, good luck getting them to answer the phone. We tried to ask questions about their point of sale and the only answers we got were an individual bragging about who they tricked into signing up for their system.
