I can't say enough good things about the tech support!We had a lightning strike take out our main server on Wednesday afternoon. We had customers lined up and a group of 100 due to show in 2 hours and no way to process any transactions. Justin, Joey and the whole team worked nonstop to get us up and able to take care of business for that night and the next day. They didn't stop at that.... I had the replacement server at my door Friday morning and we were up and fully operational for the busy weekend by lunchtime. Through the whole event, I truly felt that everyone was doing all they could to help us get back to business. You can trust these guys!!
