Rebate Card for $150.00 issued by Hawk Incentives wouldn’t work. Tried at a gas station, a Target Store and online. Automated system states card is expired and no funds available. It wasn’t expired when I tried to use it or call number on the back of the card. No customer service. Number just refers you to go online (no resolve there either) or to write them. I needed their help BEFORE the card expired. Absolutely NO customer service, no one at all to speak to. Googled Hawk Incentives and found another number which leads you to the same automated reply. I guess this is how they keep YOUR money.

I went to use up the remaining balance of a rebate card on the last day of the expiring month. They clearly state "Unused value may be forfeited AFTER the last day of the month of the valid thru date". However on the last day of the month everywhere I tried to use the card I was told the card was already expired. I then called the customer service # on the card and could not get past their automated system. I only received the message that my card was expired and I would have to write a letter to them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! We bought gift cards for our employees and Hawk Incentives has taken over half of the value of the cards! They will take your money! Use another company or give your employees cash incentives!

I was issued a reward card by Hawk Incentives. All was fine until I had to contact their customer service line - I had a question about one of my charges which I didn't recognize. Well, 4 days and 5 phone calls later, I received the info I requested. Of the 5 people I spoke with, 4 tried to help and 1 was absolutely useless (Nelson). All I wanted was a summary of charges made for the year (I had a total of 5 items) so I could review and validate the charges. I have made similar requests from credit card companies and never had this hard of a time getting details of transactions.

BELOW IS THE PREVIOUS DISPUTE FROM ONLY A FEW MONTHS AGO!......UPDATE!!! NEW CARD ISSUED AND SET UP FOR TRANSACTION TEXTS ALERTS.I AM WRITING THIS AFTER TAKING MY WIFE, STEPMOTHER AND FAMILY TO A MOTHER'S DAY BRUNCH. WENT TO PAY THE BILL AND MY CARD WAS DECLINED! TOTALLY EMBARRASSED IN FRONT OF MY FAMILY!SO HERE I AM AGAIN, LESS THAN TWO MONTHS AFTER BEING ISSUED A NEW CARD, SETTING UP TRANSACTION TEXT ALERTS AND ONCE AGAIN MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN COMPROMISED.CUSTOMER SERVICE CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AND NOW I NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO THE TRANSACTIONS I NEED TO DISPUTE UNTIL I RECEIVE MY NEW CARD. WELL THAT WILL TAKE A WEEK OR TWO AND THEN I WAS INFORMED THAT THE DISPUTE PROCESS WILL TAKE ANOTHER 45-60 DAYS.THESE ARE MY FUNDS, NOT EXTENDED CREDIT! I AM SURE DURING YOUR SALES PITCH TO COMPANIES YOU ASSURED MAZDA AND OTHER COMPANIES THAT THEIR EMPLOYEES WILL BE PROTECTED WHILE USING YOUR SERVICES.I ALSO INFORMED CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I NEVER RECEIVED TEXT ALERTS FOR THOSE TRANSACTIONS.Always informed by their Call Center that , "WE ARE STILL PROCESSING YOUR DISPUTE!" The dispute documentation clearly states up to 60 days for domestic disputes and up to 90 days for international disputes. I am on day 90 of my domestic dispute and still no further along in the process. The call center does their best but, they are severely handicapped when it comes time to assisting you with a resolution. The Call Center Supervisor(s) are polite and even say they will "escalate" your case, at this point I assume that is to make you feel like something is being accomplished. I will inform Mazda Corporation who I am employed with about the overall inefficient customer service Blackhawk Engagement Solutions offers.

This company is terrible. Their customer care is located outside the US and have some people who can't even help. Please stay away from this company
