Feedback:

They took payment almost a year late and on the wrong date amount etc.. They do not respond to emails etc.. Totally useless sadly they caused all this as its direct debit. . And that's when your trying to pay them!!!!

Got a letter to say NOTICE OF SUMMONS IN ARREARS. Yet i pay by direct debit and have money in the back. The dept was 12p. This may affect my credit rating. Tried to ring several times and on hold for over 30 mins so i hung up.Avoid this company if you can.

Worst customer service ever. Never answer phones or return emails. Keep sending me letters saying I'm 0.4p in arrears (I pay by Direct Debit)

Answer your phones.had a letter sent to my stating i was in arrears which i found quite frightning as i pay by direct debit. All my payments had been met through my bank.I then spent 47 mins on the phone with no one answering so changed the phone option to 3 which is new business phone was answered in 5 seconds. The guy on the other end said he couldnt help me and transferred me for another 20 mins till i hung up.The debt was for 10 pence.

Stay well away, absolute crooks.Placed inaccurate late payment on my file lost out on a mortgage because of these guys. My payments are set up on a direct debit making it impossible for me to be late with payments. Deduct money from your account on random days, interest high and customer service inexperienced uneducated teenagers. Stay well away, many more firms out there to choose from which I only discovered after my bad experience with these cowboys. I don't know how these sort of companies are allowed to trade.

This company is horrendous, do not use them. Purchased a product on finance from eBuyer - Paid it all off a month later. Yet they then started taking money via direct debits. They hide behind a payment processor called GoCardless - which is what is shown on your statement so you wont initially realise what the money is for.The customer services team were brash and unhelpful, brushing it off as an error and then arguing over interest and amounts... Even though they admitted they were wrong they refused to refund the amounts charged and offered to refund a different amount. After being spoken to in the most condescending and rude manner, I finally lost my patience and hung up.Have now spoke to eBuyer who are going to raise an investigation with them. I shall also be contacting the financial ombudsman. Also do note that the real customers can be seen here leaving 1 star reviews and customer service horror stories... Check out the profiles of the people who left 5 star reviews.... ALL FAKE

Twice in 2 days my wife was approved for finance then mysteriously the finance was cancelled with no explanation
