This company is horrendous, do not use them. Purchased a product on finance from eBuyer - Paid it all off a month later. Yet they then started taking money via direct debits. They hide behind a payment processor called GoCardless - which is what is shown on your statement so you wont initially realise what the money is for.The customer services team were brash and unhelpful, brushing it off as an error and then arguing over interest and amounts... Even though they admitted they were wrong they refused to refund the amounts charged and offered to refund a different amount. After being spoken to in the most condescending and rude manner, I finally lost my patience and hung up.Have now spoke to eBuyer who are going to raise an investigation with them. I shall also be contacting the financial ombudsman. Also do note that the real customers can be seen here leaving 1 star reviews and customer service horror stories...
