Answer your phones.had a letter sent to my stating i was in arrears which i found quite frightning as i pay by direct debit. All my payments had been met through my bank.I then spent 47 mins on the phone with no one answering so changed the phone option to 3 which is new business phone was answered in 5 seconds. The guy on the other end said he couldnt help me and transferred me for another 20 mins till i hung up.The debt was for 10 pence.
