Tim the CEO is a disrespectful person and should not be in leadership of those individuals! I’m sure that’s why Stephanie doesn’t work there anymore! I will be filling a report on him and making sure he changes his attitude towards his bank members!

Oklahoma Federal Credit Union has always been good to me. I hate they moved out of the VA hospital because it was easy for us who work there to use the site. Anytime I’ve needed anything they’ve always been courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Much much better than a regular bank.

Brandi Parks is the most rude and disrespectful manager I have ever came across. I have never been in tears after a phone conversation with a manager in my life until today. Before I could even get out what I was calling about I was already laughed at due to her "assuming she knew what I was calling about" I asked to speak with a manager above her and was informed she is the top manager and that the only person ahead of her was the president but she did not give me any contact info on him. She continued to laugh when I asked the spelling of the presidents name. I was calling to receive some information about their policies and procedures with credit cards and it lead to me crying on the phone because of the way I was treated, I highly doubt this complaint will go any where or make a difference in how they treat their clients. I am hoping it will be a wake up call to the company that BRANDI PARKS do not need to be in management she is immature and disrespectful. I am in banking myself so I know for a fact how customer services goes and how the situation should have been handled. I strongly suggest NO ONE do business with this credit union until Brandi no longer work there. Jason the operational manager however is an wonderful guy and I wish I would have spoke to him instead of Brandi, Because I now have 5 family members closing their accounts because of this. Im truly hurt by the way I spoken to an treated by this credit union

This is the worst branch ever..they are not professional. They never call back when you need them to. The midwest city branch is even worst.. the branch manager is the so rude and totally unprofessional. Is you set up account you might never get your debit card.. I have to close the account after 4 years being a member...and the honestly most of the time they do not kno what they are talking about..

I have been banking here for over 10 years, everything had been going great until they hired STEPHANIE!I had NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER had a problem with my loans While GINA was there!!! She handled my loans and was extremely helpfull! I don't have anything bad to say about the rest of the staff they have been courteous and helpfull! I know several people that bank here and have had serious problems with her because of how rude she is! SHE TOOK EXTRA MONEY out of my account to apply to my loan WITHOUT MY PERSMISSION nor did she call to tell me it had happened! I Called and asked why it had been done, and she replied back saying " I take the payment out manually and it was a mistake. I'll just take out the difference next Friday!" I said no because that money was designed for another purpose and again her being rude says " I'll see what I can do, it it will take several days!" Once again I told her no I need that money back today and she started speaking to me like if I was an ignorant person! I requested to speak to someone other than her! She put me on hold and then hung up!!! I called back and spoke to another lady(very understanding and helpfull) by the time she was looking at my account the money was reenbursed.... STEPHANIE HAS ALSO DENIED SEVERAL LOAN APPLICATIONS EVEN FOR SMALL AMOUNTS, be carful doing business here if she's your loan officer.

Done business here several times over the years and have taken out many loans. Officers were willing to work with my and my husband to find the best solution for us at competitive rates. The bank manager is awesome but he is busy but calls us back within a day if we need anything. One of our top go-to banks now.

Horrible customer service. I was made to feel stupid. I called asking for information about a mortgage and was asked if I qualify for membership. CEO Tim was my agent on the phone, who became very snippy. Even asking a silly question, how did you find my bank? My response, you have a website. In my experience, and my opinion, that was poor customer service.
