Had the worse customer service this afternoon after waiting for more than 30 minutes to open investment account for my son. The guy by Simon Xulu did not even had the audacity to apologise on behalf of the bank for the long wait instead he sounded more irritated to be allocated customers that he was not meant to serve. At the end of the day after waiting that long, I could not be helped, what a waste of my time. Will never ever go to Gateway branch

Needed to order a new card. Sat on the call centre phone in the bank for 10 minutes!Eventually answered and was cut off! GRR!So round number 2 with a Nedbank lady on the phone to the call centre. Honestly, she also waited for more than 17 minutes. Nedbank lady was embarrassed but OMW what pathetic service!In the time we waited, 4 other clients just gave up and left the branch!Eventually call centre felt like picking up FNB is sooo much better.

This bank is the worst bank to deal with, and the staff wasnt aware of deposits slips being filled had to stand in queue for half and hour just to do deposit very unpleasant and unprofessional.

21 counters and waited over 30minutes to collect a card while 3rd in que. You guys forgot to bring the customer service along when moving to the new premise.Go and find it.
