Needed to order a new card. Sat on the call centre phone in the bank for 10 minutes!Eventually answered and was cut off! GRR!So round number 2 with a Nedbank lady on the phone to the call centre. Honestly, she also waited for more than 17 minutes. Nedbank lady was embarrassed but OMW what pathetic service!In the time we waited, 4 other clients just gave up and left the branch!Eventually call centre felt like picking up FNB is sooo much better.
